The teachings of the Holy Quran, due to their comprehensiveness and timelessness, express explicit and sometimes implicit teachings regarding effectiveness. This research, employing a descriptive-analytical method and utilizing library data, explores the stages of effective systemic thinking from the perspective of the Quran by investigating the views of contemporary interpreters. The findings indicate that effectiveness comprises components such as functionality, outcomes, performance management, and a systematic model under the titles of the stages of a system. Its inputs include lofty and realistic goals, collective learning, and mandatory and reciprocal participation of the people and politicians, framed as a comprehensive matter of security and sustainable welfare. The process involves performance evaluation under the management of divine certainty. The substitution and adherence to Islamic values through the goodness of actions and the goodness of agency highlight effectiveness as an output of systemic thinking. The innovation of this research lies in identifying the relationship between systemic thinking within the value system of Islam and Islamic management as a specialized core. The findings reflect the applications and instances of faith and righteous deeds in the stages of systemic thinking, which lead to the emergence of political authority and the effectiveness of domestic policy within the Islamic system by utilizing internal capabilities and elements. The results of this research are applicable in the field of Islamic political studies, as well as beneficial in the area of interpretive studies. کارآمدی از موضوعات مهم در دولت­های مدرن و نیز نظام سیاسی اسلامی است که در دو عرصه داخلی و خارجی مورد توجه است. تعالیم قرآن کریم به سبب جامعیت و جاودانگی بیانگر تعالیم صریح و گاه ضمنی درزمینهٔ کارآمدی است. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با استفاده از داده‌های کتابخانه‌ای به مراحل تفکر سیستمی کارآمدی از منظر قرآن با تحقیق در آرای مفسران معاصر رسیده است. نتیجه پژوهش نشان می‌دهد؛ کارآمدی از بخش‌های کارویژه، دستاورد، مدیریت عملکرد و الگویی نظام‌مند تحت عناوین مراحل یک سیستم برخوردار است. ورودی این سیستم عبارت‌اند از؛ اهداف متعالی و واقعی، یادگیری جمعی، مشارکت الزامی و دوسویه مردم و سیاستمداران تحت عنوان امر جامع و امنیت و رفاه پایدار. فرآیند آن ارزیابی عملکرد تحت مدیریت سنت قطعی الهی است. استخلاف و تمکین ارزش­های اسلامی از طریق حُسن فعلی و حُسن فاعلی، کارآمدی به‌عنوان خروجی تفکر سیستمی قابل ذکر است. نوآوری تحقیق حاضر در یافتن ارتباط میان تفکر سیستمی در نظام ارزشی اسلام با مدیریت اسلامی است. یافته‌ها نشان از استعمالات و مصادیقی از ایمان و عمل صالح در مراحل تفکر سیستمی دارد که باعث بروز اقتدار سیاسی و کارآمدی سیاست داخلی نظام اسلامی با بهره‌گیری از توان و عناصر داخلی می‌شود. نتیجه این پژوهش در حوزه مطالعات سیاست اسلامی کاربرد دارد همچنان که درزمینهٔ مطالعات تفسیری سودمند است. https://nrr.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_19756_71c70a939d30dbb7b0adfc5262afed87.pdf
