The important issue in these situations is maintaining the balance of individuals, societies, and political systems after facing challenges and recovering themselves. This issue has been the subject of many studies under the title of resilience, and its dimensions, factors, and examples have been studied. In numerous studies, religion has been mentioned as one of the factors affecting resilience. Therefore, the issue has been addressed here with a combined approach, that is, extra-religious and intra-religious on the one hand, and functionalist and teleological on the other. In this article, I try to present a theoretical explanation of this issue through a descriptive-analytical study of the relationship between religion and social resilience in general and from a sociological perspective on the one hand, and by looking at some Quranic teachings on the other. I am seeking to answer the question of how religion can affect social resilience? The findings indicate that religion, by playing a fundamental role in the individual and social belief system in cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions, can be considered a very effective factor in social resilience by "giving identity and meaning to human life," "drawing a vision of human life," "giving hope to humans," and "integrating society." چالش‌ها و بحران‌ها جزء جدایی‌ناپذیر حیات بشری در سطو ح فردی و اجتماعی به شمار می‌روند. مسأله مهم در این مواقع، حفظ تعادل افراد، جوامع و نظام‌های سیاسی پس از مواجهه با چالش‌ها و بازیابی خود است. این مسأله تحت عنوان تاب‌آوری، موضوع پژوهش‌های بسیاری قرار گرفته و ابعاد، عوامل و مصادیق آن مطالعه شده است. در مطالعات متعددی، از دین به عنوان یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر تاب‌آوری یاد شده است. در این نوشتار تلاش می‌شود با یک بررسی توصیفی-تحلیلی در نسبت دین و تاب‌آوری اجتماعی به طورکلی و از منظری جامعه‌شناختی از یک‌سو، و با نگاهی به برخی از آموزه‌های قرآنی از سوی دیگر، شرحی نظری از این مسأله ارائه گردد. ازاین‌رو، در اینجا با رویکردی تلفیقی، یعنی برون‌دینی و درون‌دینی از یک‌سو، و کارکردگرا و غایت‌گرا از سوی دیگر به مسأله پرداخته شده است. پرسش اصلی آن است که دین چگونه می‌تواند بر تاب‌آوری اجتماعی اثرگذار باشد؟ یافته‌ها بیانگر آنست که دین با ایفای نقش اساسی در نظام باورهای فردی و اجتماعی در ابعاد شناختی، عاطفی و رفتاری، از طریق «هویت‌بخشی و معنابخشی به حیات انسان»، «ترسیم چشم‌انداز زندگی انسان»، «امیددادن به انسان» و «انسجام‌بخشی به جامعه» می‌تواند به عنوان عاملی بسیار مؤثر در تاب‌آوری اجتماعی در نظر گرفته شود. https://nrr.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_21086_b45927d2cbdf3500130b8da43b41f9de.pdf
