Events, such as conversation, evolve thought and linguistic systems within which concepts enhance meanings. Thus, the linguistic system portrays the connection between linguistic and non-linguistic elements and reflects the context. The concepts of freedom and social justice have been carrying special importance in the social life over time and their narration or interpretation type relies on the specific conversational system in which they were evolved. Nonetheless, each conversational system bears a central signifier in its linguistic system and the classifications are conducted based on that. This research applies descriptive method and critical-conversational analysis as interdisciplinary theory in linguistics and investigates the forms of interpretations of concepts and the connection between them in the context of Nahj al-Balaghe and Liberalism. The incompatibility of occurrence of these concepts as a result of the central signifier’s function, the narrators and the positions of conversations are the results of presented research. Hence, Liberalism as a text prioritizes freedom, on the contrary, Nahj al-Balaghe has considered the interactions and co-occurrence of the concepts in the social domain.
