piece (peace making) is one of the important subjects, besides Jehad and war, which is emphasized(on) in Islamic religious notes and focused on the importance and position of each three (peace,Jehad,war) based on their criteria and qualifications. Beside considering the importance and position of peace (peace making), and also its consequences in life( which are paid attention in Imam Ali's commentary ) a deep thinking about the way Imam Ali had ruled during his vicarship tells us an important note that Imam Ali always preferred forgiveness and lenity encountering his adversaries Than beginning a war or repressing them; trying different ways, not to let a war get started.following research tries to specify the position and importance of peace in Imam Ali's commentary, Using descriptive and analytical methods.
This research also mentions the achievements gained from the ultimate peace. Result is that it is possible to gain these valuable achievements By preferring peace to war, based on Imam Ali's commentary.Some important outcomes, which results in by the peace mentioned in Imam Ali's commentary, are approaches to cognition, steerage, social and military points.From Imam Ali's point of view, peace won't bring us social safety and social calmness, but when it satisfies God and prevents division and disjoinless
