In recent years, transcendental governance has been considered as one of the governance methods inspired by religious principles and emphasizing the principle of service in society. Servant government has played a great role in the efficiency of government organizations and gaining client satisfaction. If organizations can design their executive elements with the principles of servant government based on transcendental governance, their efficiency will increase twice as much. Accordingly, the purpose of the present study is to design an organizational model of servant government based on transcendental governance in organizations in the delta sector. This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of method, and the data analysis method and three-stage open, axial and selective coding were used. To collect data, semi-structured in-depth interviews with experts were used until theoretical saturation was reached. The sample size, which includes a panel of experts, was 15 experts familiar with the subject in the scientific and executive expert categories. After going through the implementation stages of library studies, theoretical development of the study, conducting interviews with experts, analyzing data, and through three coding stages, the final research model was designed using the Strauss and Corbin method. The coding results led to the extraction of 287 open codes, 46 central codes, and 11 selected codes. In the following, financial-economic factors and communication factors were selected as background factors, political-legal factors and customer relations as causal factors, human resource factors as intervening factors, technology and decision-making factors as strategy, and organizational, managerial, and cultural-social factors were selected as consequences of the organizational model of the servant government based on transcendental governance. Ethical factors were selected as the central category of the servant government based on transcendental governance due to their frequent repetition in the interviews.
